As a veteran, Fran was a dedicated supporter of veterans organizations throughout the Philadelphia region.
Mummers for Veterans continues that commitment by bringing the Mummers community together to collect useful goods and support veterans through the Veterans Multi-Service Center.
Each annual event gives members, neighbors and supporters a direct way to help while recognizing the service and sacrifice of local veterans.
